Swift Contractors can develop the architectural design using associated architects or your choice of architects. The preliminary design includes a site plan, floor plan, and elevation drawings of your building.
Ordinance and Legal Considerations
Swift Contractors coordinates meetings with city and other government officials for any required approvals. Obtaining the required special use permits or other needed government approvals are coordinated by Swift for your convenience.
Final review of the design, construction methods, and material selection is done with you to review the exact specifications for your project.
